Philosophy
Our philosophy revolves around the following three principles:
Effectiveness
The purpose of the WallFile™ is to facilitate the effective realization
of tasks: tasks which call for the use of oversized sheets or other hard
to manage flat items.
The WallFile™ is a very efficient system, but we want to do more
than simply provide more efficiency. Effectiveness is not achieved by
efficiency alone. Some inefficient processes are effective. They achieve
their goals in very satisfying terms. To explain this we might say, "because
they are more 'human'". It might be because they entail a ritual
which we are comfortable using. The important thing is that the end result
is fully satisfying.
If we take efficiency alone as the criterion to adopt an approach we
may lose something in the process. You have to ask yourself if the efficiency
of the WallFile™ will help you become more effective. If the WallFile™
liberates you from distractive situations which you don't like (For example:
struggling awkwardly to find certain items in storage), if it helps you
think about and focus on the purpose of your task (For example: communicate
certain concepts and ideas) then likely it will enable you to be more
effective.

Simplicity
In order to provide economy of space and movement, as well as cost,
we have searched for simplicity in the design of the WallFile™ system.
The result is an uncomplicated system which produces needed results.
Less = More
- less operations = more time
- less space used = more space available
- less distraction = more concentration on important tasks;
- less cost = more money;
- less effort = more possibilities.
